What is required for the KYC video call?

To complete KYC, Altcoinomy (our KYC/AML Partner) will arrange with you a time to book a video call appointment with them to check the evidence of your identity.

You will be required to hold up your passport/ID card and proof of address to the camera as well as confirm verbally your identity.

For this call, you must have:

  1. A working webcam
  2. A working microphone
  3. The Proof of ID and Proof of Residence documents you uploaded in the KYC step

Below is an example of what you will be asked on the call:

(Show the identity document you uploaded in the KYC step to the camera and follow prompts to tilt or turn to a specific page)
